What We Do Pick Up

Right now we are accepting clothes, shoes, electronics, toys, books, cookware, household items, and blankets. Please ensure that all donations are clean and in working condition.

What We Don’t Pick Up

Unfortunately, we do not have the infrastructure to handle tattered or torn clothing, large furniture, and broken or outdated electronics. Please prepare your donations accordingly.

Accommodations

If you are in need of any accommodations for your pickup, feel free to list them on the “Additional comments” line on the pickup form and we will do our best to act accordingly (ex: Call before Arrival)!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, we do! We collect items for people of all ages to support families in need of resources.

  • Yes we do! However, to keep our space organized, we kindly request book donations to be limited to about a box (18 x 18 inches) or two per donor. In addition, we ask that any books donated be in good condition.

  • Unfortunately, due to our current space and sizing constraints, we are unable to accept furniture donations at this time.

  • Yes, we do! We operate year-round, Monday to Saturday from 7am to 3pm. Whenever you need to schedule a pickup, we’ll be here to assist you.

  • While we strive to accommodate your needs, we are generally unable to provide a specific pickup time due to the volume of pickups and the driver’s route for the day. Most pickups are completed between morning and afternoon. Rest assured, if you're scheduled for a pickup on a given day, we will be there!

  • To ensure the safety of our drivers, we cannot allow them to enter the residence of our donors. For this reason, our drivers are only able to meet you at the main entrance. If you need to make a donation but are concerned about carrying it out, we suggest planning how to manage it before arranging a pickup.

  • Upon donating, our drivers will leave a tax-deductible receipt at your door, mailbox, or another convenient location at your residence. If your receipt is lost or misplaced, please contact us, and we will be happy to provide you with a digital copy.

  • There are no specific requirements for packing donations. However, we kindly request that any fragile items be packed with appropriate care to ensure they remain intact.

  • There is no minimum or maximum limit on the number of items you can donate at one time.

  • Absolutely! When scheduling a pickup, just provide an estimate of the number of items you'll donate. If the actual amount changes, there's no need to inform us.

  • Absolutely, we can still schedule a pickup for you! Our flyers simply indicate the specific areas our drivers will be visiting on particular days of the week. However, our drivers are available to schedule pickups Monday through Saturday, from 7am to 3pm.
